Congratulations, you expanded your family! Now you want them all represented on your birthstone piece as a tangible reminder of your bond. We'd love to help with that.
Only purchase this product if you have previously bought one of our Customizable Raw Birthstone pieces and want to send it back to have stones added.
How it works:
- Purchase this listing and include as much detail as possible with your order.
- You will receive an email from customer service within 24 hours of your purchase with shipping instructions. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the piece, in addition to purchasing this listing. We'll cover the return shipping!
- Ship your necklace to us.
- Once we receive your piece, the turnaround time is the same as our current processing time (usually 2-5 business days). We'll also give it a good clean and polish.
- We'll ship the necklace back to you, on us!
This purchase does not cover the replacement or repair of damaged parts. If we discover that your necklace needs some extra TLC, an additional fee may apply.
