We are proud to craft our line of modern bohemian jewelry in the U.S.A. The best qualities of handmade items are the individual nuances that each piece has. No two pieces are exactly the same. Listing photos are only an example of how the jewelry will look. Color, shape and texture of the gemstones is natural and will vary. 

How much does shipping cost?

For shipments to U.S. addresses, economy shipping is $2.99 or free when you spend $50+. Domestic orders over $150 receive a complimentary upgrade to premium shipping!

Expedited shipping options are available and can be calculated after adding an item to your cart.

Please note, the shipping transit times listed in the cart are in addition to the order processing time, which is always listed at the top of the website.

For international orders, please add your items to cart and your shipping rate will be calculated based on your shipping address.

How long will my order take to ship, and when will I receive it?

The typical order processing time is 2-4 business days, however this can vary so if you are concerned about delivery timing, feel free to send a message before ordering. Once your package has shipped, it will arrive according to the shipping method used. Please read our shipping policy for more details.

 

Do you take custom orders?

If you'd like to place a bulk custom order for a group, boho bridal party, or special event, please get in touch. For individual custom orders, we can sometimes accommodate requests for a customized bead, gemstone, or metal color. There is a minimum $10 charge for customizations. Please submit your request here.  Promotions may not be available on customized items. We do not offer completely custom original designs.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns on non-customized jewelry purchases from our website. At this time, we do not accept returns purchased from third party retailers. Please take your return back to the original point of purchase. Gift cards are not refundable.

  • Return/exchange window is 10 days from date of delivery for online orders, or date of purchase for items purchased at an in-person event.
  • Initiate a return by sending us a message here. Please include your order number or email address you purchased with.
  • Customized items cannot be returned
  • Customer pays return shipping and/or exchange shipping costs. We can help make this easier by providing a prepaid shipping label and deduct the cost from your refund.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Do you gift wrap?

Yes, and we do it quite beautifully if we may say so! On each item page you'll see options for gift wrap which you can easily add per item.

Do you perform jewelry repair?

We would be happy to repair any item that you purchased from us, so long as we still stock the materials to do so. The cost will vary based on the materials, labor, and shipping involved. To get a quote and initiate a repair, please fill out the contact form.
