How long will my order take to ship, and when will I receive it?

Online orders ship within 2 business days.  If for any reason your order will take more than 3 business days to fulfill, you will receive an email notification. The delivery speed depends on the option you select at checkout.  For US-based orders, first class packages generally take 3-5 business days to arrive after being shipped, while priority mail takes 2-4.

Do you accept returns?

Of course! Any non-custom order can be returned or exchanged within 30 days, except during the holidays when the policy is extended.  Any orders placed from 11/1 - 12/31 are considered holiday orders and can be returned or exchanged until 1/31.  Custom orders cannot be returned, but please reach out if you have any concerns.  Orders over $55 are eligible for free shipping and returns. Do you gift wrap?

Heck ya! There's a couple options for you. First, you can choose a fun gift box for $3. They are designed in-house for all of your special moments. Or if you prefer more of a luxe wrapping option, for $5 you can opt for premium gift wrap. Simply add either option to your cart.  There is a message box in the checkout area where you can leave me a message (ex. put the gold necklace in box A for Sarah and the blue necklace in box B for Mary).  If you are having multiple gifts wrapped, please leave a note in the message box to label the gifts.  Otherwise, they will be wrapped and unmarked as if being sent to the recipient.

Do you perform jewelry repair?

I do not offer general jewelry repair. However if you purchased an item from us that needs repair, please fill out the contact form.

Full Return Policy:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Gift cards are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without approval.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at julia@topazandpearl.com and send your item to: Topaz & Pearl, 10725 Old River Road, Forestville CA 95436, United States.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Topaz & Pearl, 10725 Old River Road, Forestville CA 95436, United States

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item unless otherwise agreed upon. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
